You will serve as a Mobile Equipment Servicer (Tire Repair) in the Marine Corps Logisitics Base, Barstow, CA of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.

Duties

You will operate a combination of transportation, construction, or other mobile equipment and stationary or portable industrial equipment, machinery, tools, or utility systems requiring diverse skills. You will remove, repair, and replace inner tubes and tires, automotive, material handling equipment, and of usual types, sizes, weights, and pressures. You will operate trucks to transport supply, materials, equipment, and tools. You will operate propane, electric, gasoline, or diesel powered specialized materials handling equipment (e.g. Swing Mast Lifts, Side Loaders, and Four-Directional "reach forks")

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
