Qualifications

In addition to the eligibility requirements for the Pathways Internship Program, Pathways Interns qualify for an initial appointment based on their educational achievements as described below: To qualify for the GS-07 level, you need to have completed one full academic year of law school (leading towards a J.D., L.L.B or L.L.M. degree). One full academic year of law school education is the number of credit hours determined by the law school representing 1 year of full-time study. The student’s law school must be accredited by an accrediting body or organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
