This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, Real Estate, Logistics and Operations (RLO), located in Perry Point, Maryland.
Duties
The incumbent will perform administration of supply program management such as project scheduling, project task performance, project closeout, budget execution for projects, storage, distribution, quality, and disposal.
Review special and recurring supply reports to ensure that safety stock levels, procurement lead times, fund allowances and limitations, inventory-to-sales ratios and other data relative to change issue trends and ensure demands are reliable and valid.
Coordination with Warehouse Operations on storage needs, class of supplies i.e. hazards items, controlled substances and cold chain distribution, replenishment, proper tagging, and markings.

Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below.
Minimum Qualifications:
GS-09: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing (3) of the (4) duties listed below:
Applying principles, concepts, and methodologies of supply system and logistical program management to perform analytical assignments involving supply discrepancies or issues with automated inventory systems support;
Monitoring and tracking financial data from various sources to budget accordingly for multiple projects.
Analyzing supply reports to measure progress and to determine appropriate corrective actions for problems identified.
Recommending changes when standard procedures and practices are inadequate;
OR two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.
OR Successful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above.
Specialized Experience: GS-11: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service performing (2) of the (3) following duties:
Resolving logistics operations issues and support assigned for supplies and equipment;
Implementing supply and logistics programs and reporting requirements activities and operations;
Monitoring financial data from various sources to budget accordingly for multiple projects;
