Duties
You will collaborate with other organizations to develop training in technical data management processes and techniques.
You will advise personnel on training and education solutions.
You will brief senior leaders on the progress of military training.
You will develop and coordinate support operation plans to achieve readiness and mobilization objectives.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Establishing training, readiness and exercise programs for an installation; 2) Developing detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and administration of training/readiness programs; 3) Presenting recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues based on analysis and evaluation on training and readiness issues; and 4) Utilizing instructional systems [i.e. Mission Essential Task List (METL) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)] in developing/coordinating realistic and challenging integrated training plans for a command. Education
** In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience (a transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education):
Successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR

OR
