You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN in the PRODUCT SUPPORT ANALYSIS DIVISION, PROGRAM AND BUSSINESS ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will process Incoming and Outgoing funding documents and work with various funding types. You will create reports in Microsoft Excel. You will assist in providing financial support and recommendations.. You will assist in analytical reports.

Requirements

• This is a Financial Management Level 01 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

DG-04 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point; 2) Processing financial transactions and validating expenses; 3) Processing and reviewing transactions in accounting system; 4) Reconciling accounts, reviewing financial data, and/or making recommendations for financial data corrections. DG-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point; 2) Performing data entry, record review and mathematical calculations; 3) Assisting in researching data to report on such items as budgets, plans, attendance and leave.
