About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Soldier & Chem/Bio R&S Dir, Chem/Bio Division.
Duties
Identify, select, determine initial requirements, or catalogue items to be procured or supported through the product life cycle.
Code data in accordance with Army Two-Level Maintenance, Logistics, Modernization Program Requirements, or regulations.
Chair meetings or participate in decisions regarding Materiel Fielding Plans, maintenance publication reviews, provisioning, or user training.
Exercise full decision-making responsibility while away from duty station.
Requirements
- You may be required to Travel away from duty station 25% of the time.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: determining operations for assigned material to the proper echelons of maintenance; maintaining master records or bills of materiel; reviewing technical specifications or requirements; interpreting engineering or technical changes to parts or equipment; and recommending changes in publications, policies, or procedures based on practical knowledge or observation of equipment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
