You will serve as an Education Technician in the NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL.
Duties
You will monitor course enrollment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis as appropriate.
You will prepare correspondence for high level officials that will be distributed throughout the school.
You will prepare reports using computer databases and spreadsheets.
You will compile information or educational material in support of an education program.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with the oversight of student enrollment, records, academic performance, and providing informal counseling to students; 2) Preparing and processing graduation nominations for leadership review; 3) Utilizing automated software systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite to maintain, prepare, and submit correspondence to student population; 4) Serving as point-of-contact for education management system inquiries; and 5) Supporting planning, coordinating, and managing academic programs, preferably in the distance learning modality.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education.
OR
Have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
