Duties

As a Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Leads and/or participates in the planning, implementation and management of projects supporting and impacting current existing data collection and management, future development and emerging integration of new systems, technologies and data collection methods. Provides advice on technical, administrative and programmatic aspects of fishery data operations and management. Conducts analytical, evaluative and coordination tasks related to fishery dependent data program initiatives and operations. Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas and provides corrective solutions if necessary.

To qualify at the ZA-4 (GS-13/14) grade level: Specialized experience: Applicants must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the ZA-3 (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Performs analysis, conducts evaluations, or advises management on program or operations effectiveness; and Interpret regulations and develop guidance on fishery data operations and management policies.
