Duties
Advise Commander and staff in civil rights and equal opportunity matters affecting the workforce.
Develop and Implement Equal Employment Opportunity Program.
Brief Commander on specific program objectives, actual and potential problems.
Develop outreach programs targeting minorities and women, in coordination with the Personnel Office.
Provide Equal Opportunity and Diversity training to employees.
Process discrimination complaints.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- 1 year Managerial Probationary Period may be required.
