About the Position: Serves as a Facilities Services Assistant, in charge of a comprehensive preventive maintenance control program at Albeni Falls Dam, a multipurpose project with Power Generation, Flood Control, and Recreation missions.

Duties

Utilizes an automated maintenance control data system to provide system control, oversight, repair history, analysis, data entry, and documentation of current and future maintenance operations. Identifies and assigns equipment or maintenance actions to the complex and integral hierarchical coding system or provides technical guidance to data entry by others. Collects information requirements of operation and maintenance crews who use the maintenance management control system (Maximo) to effect repair and maintenance schedules, priorities, logistical and supply availability. Serves as technical advisor on functions and data contained in the automated maintenance system and administering the work order system that schedules and controls the activities of maintenance crews. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance and operational program reports for various District elements.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
