This position serves as Office Director in the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration, Office of Policy, Resources, and Planning (PRM/PRP), located in Washington, DC. PRM is provides protection, eases suffering, and resolves the plight of forcibly displaced people around the world by coordinating humanitarian policy and diplomacy, providing life-sustaining assistance, building global partnerships, and promoting best practices in humanitarian response. Duties
The primary responsibility for the Office Director (PRM/PRP) is to lead effective multi-year budget and strategic planning of Bureau-administered resources, along with the development and implementation of risk management practices and learning activities to ensure alignment with Department goals and objectives and effective use of funds. Specifically, the incumbent will execute the following:

- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Incumbent will be subject to random drug testing.
- Requires a financial disclosure statement, OGE-278.
- Verification of employment eligibility in the United States is required.
Qualifications
Unless you are currently serving under a career Senior Executive Service (SES) appointment, are eligible for reinstatement into the SES, or have successfully completed a SES Candidate Development Program approved by OPM, you must submit separate narrative statements covering each of the Executive Core Qualifications (last five vacancy assessment questions). Your experience should explicitly demonstrate the following:
MTQ1 - Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. foreign policy objectives and experience in developing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating foreign assistance budgets, policies, and programs to support high-level decisions, establish and implement organizational goals and objectives, and manage the organization. This includes: knowledge of best practices and experience in in strategic planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management.
MTQ2 - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and coordinate policies and requirements, planning, performance measurement, and financial and budgetary matters in a variety of executive level professional settings.
