This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Enterprise Planning Performance, and Evaluation Division. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Branch Manager), you will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the bureau's organizational performance management activities in the Performance Improvement Branch.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Branch Manager), you will:
-Serve as a principle advisor to the Director, Enterprise Planning, Performance, and Evaluation Division (EPPED) on bureau-wide organizational performance matters. This includes planning, justifying, and presenting analyses and recommendations on the use and management of the branch's expertise, services, and resources.
-Performance Management: Lead Fiscal Service organizational performance management, including measure development and target reviews, data verification and validation, and strategic performance reviews.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this must include:
- Leading organizational performance and results management processes, including developing performance objectives and measures; AND
- Developing executive-level reports to convey the performance of an organization; AND
- Leading teams and managing work deliverables, either in a project lead or supervisory capacity; AND
- Recommending and implementing organization-wide policies and procedures to improve an organization; AND
- Developing and delivering briefings and presentations.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
