About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL just off Interstate 20. The Depot is the largest employer in Calhoun County with approximately 4000 employees.

Duties

Instruct students all phases of a specific course requiring a combination of practical knowledge of the methods and techniques of instruction Determine supplemental material, illustrations, adaption of course, material/teaching methods and techniques to use to meet class needs. Develop and write lesson plans, evaluations, brief presentations, and instruct training. Conduct research for new methods, techniques and material by reviewing trade manuals, technical manuals and other publications.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
