This position is located at the historic Hacienda, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at managements request throughout the announcement timeframe.

Duties

Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and common areas. Sweeps, mops, dusts, waxes, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes furniture and fixtures. Makes beds and changes linen. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes bathroom and toilet facilities. Notes condition of room and reports any conditions requiring maintenance or repair. Maintains stock of room condiments and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, walk, bend and stoop and stand on a routine basis.
• Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
• This is a 7-day operation. Shift will include hours between 0800 through 1600 but is subject to change based on the needs of the activity. Nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Must have the ability to follow simple instructions. Must be able to use hand or light weight powered cleaning tools and equipment as described; which generally require no prior training or previous work experience.
