This position is located at Department of Housing and Urban Development OIG -Office of Investigation. As a Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, tracking and evaluation of, and providing direct and indirect support of the Office of Investigations policy and procedures.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Developing or directing the development of new or revised policies, procedures, standards, guidance, or training; AND
Interpreting, implementing, and providing technical guidance and responses on policies, regulations, and procedures; AND
Conducting studies to analyze and evaluate work processes and administrative functions relevant to organizational goals and operational objectives, reporting findings and providing written recommendations to management officials; AND
Overseeing and coordinating various projects, products, and other strategic initiatives across the organization; AND
Developing internal operating policies, procedures, or standards for effective administration of multiple programs.
Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13level for 52 weeks.
