About the Position: This position is located at the 17th Medical Group at Goodfellow AFB, TX.

Duties

Assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Act as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel. Propose alternate approaches to management to more efficiently operate programs. Develop and implement procedures to track program status and maintain program health. Identify and respond to trends of programs and keeps them operating at or above satisfactory levels.

OR Education: A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Business or Healthcare Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9. Add the two percentages.
