Duties

Serve as the Management Analyst for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, Business Management Branch with responsibility for providing advice, assistance, and coordination of the full range of administrative services. Direct, coordinate, and monitor administrative functions for day-to-day and long-range planning necessary to provide responsive support to the organization. Perform support duties, such as government purchase card holder, composing correspondence, records management, locating, and assembling information for various reports and preparing meetings and briefings, and similar administrative functions. Assist in the preparation of the organization's budget for projects, salaries, overtime, training, travel, supplies, equipment, and awards. Attend and participate in staff meetings, providing input and advice on all administrative matters.
