You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of ASN(RD&A)/DASN AP&B) of ASN RDA WASHINGTON DC.
Duties
You will exercise a high degree of originality and sound judgment to provide program planning, assessment, and
coordination and recommended solution options.
You will provide program and budget data/input in the assigned program areas to pertinent ASN RDA Principals and staff.
You will control and manages project milestones and budgets.

You will serve as an authority to design, lead, and/or conduct complicated PPBE and management studies,
surveys, reviews, and research projects that provide accurate and pertinent information and decision options.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This is a Financial Management Level II certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
NH-0501-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience serving as the senior liaison for Programming and Budget development and Execution (PPBE) and accounting, or financial management policy and procedures. 2. Experience directing and/or performing continuing program status and execution reviews, analysis and appraisals of investment and operation positions. 3. Experience preparing briefs and PPBE decision options for senior managers. 4. Experience providing interpretive and analytical advice on PPBE transactions and program execution.
