Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotional activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

Requirements

• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• May be assigned to irregular duties or when needed for special recreational events and related requirements. Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds and successfully complete a medical examination.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
