This position is located in the Small Business Administration, OPPCFO/Office of Financial Operations Management in Denver, CO. The incumbent performs administrative functions in the Agency's centralized office. Work includes internal activities/functions such as budget, facilities, safety/security, procurement, information resource management, human resources, mail and policy and procedures. In addition, incumbent serves as a supervisor in delivering customer service for OPPCFO.
Duties
Serves as the building committee chair and is responsible for setting facilities security plan, meeting agenda and prepares the building occupant Emergency Plan.
Performs long- and short-range budget planning for Office of Finance Operations Management and coordinates with program managers to develop and execute budget plans.
Advises supervisors on regulatory and procedural requirements concerning FTE ceiling control, organization structures, recruitment and staffing, position classification and position management.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen.
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
- You may be required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period.
Qualifications
GS-12: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector that includes: managing, and/or conducting administrative functions involving various programs; and preparing and tracking various hiring actions among many managers; and working with program managers to develop and execute budget plans and coordinating logistics for training events and conferences. These qualifications must be clearly documented in your resume.
