Prepares a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish where a working knowledge of the various mixed drinks is required.

Duties

Sets up bar for operation. Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. Responsible for maintaining bar in clean condition and keeping the bar properly stocked. Required to assist in stocking bar and serve at catered parties. Must have working knowledge of sanitation procedures. Irregular working hours will be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Must pass all applicable records and background check.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Ability to collect tabs or chits in appropriate amounts and reconcile them with the quantities and prices of items dispensed. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
