As a Program Analyst you will be responsible for providing expert analysis on a variety of subject matter, and for initiating and/or leading projects involving the evaluation of regional programs/operations. Location of position: Public Building Services, Acquisition Center for Facility Management Services. The duty station will be decided upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

As a Senior Program Analyst at the GS-13 grade level, duties include but are not limited to the following:

• US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
• Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
• Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
• Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

Qualifications

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409 per year and varies by location.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.  Specialized experience is experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses of data and utilizing your findings to develop planning strategies, forecasting techniques, and improvements to work methods and procedures.
