As a Realty Services Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, and control building facilities, security and tenant services programs, buildings services, maintenance and utilities services in Federal buildings and leased space.
Location of position: This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Gulf Coast Service Center Division in Tampa, FL.We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
The duty location of this position is in the Public Buildings Service (PBS) Gulf Coast Service Center - Tampa, FL. The incumbent will be expected to report to a designated GSA facility at least 2x per pay period.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
- Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

The GS-14 salary range starts at $122,198 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience managing, coordinating, and advising multi-disciplinary teams that manage and evaluate building operations and/or building management programs. Such experience must include experience in one or more of the following areas: facility operations; service contract specification development , contract administration, real property management and safety programs and principles, lease administration; amenities programs, Reimbursable Work Authorization (RWA) program management principles, asset management, cost management, Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS) program, delegations program, project management or customer relationship management.
