This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Eastern Power Account Services (PSSE) organization of Northwest Requirements Marketing (PS), Power Services (P).
A successful candidate in the Secretary (OA) position will serve as the principle administrative support assistant to the Manager and the subordinate staff.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
GS-07: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-06, in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: 1) utilizing automated office equipment and related systems or programs to prepare a variety of recurring internal reports and documents to support the administrative work of an organization; AND 2) preparing documents to ensure proper formatting and correct grammatical content.
GS-08: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-07, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Obtain and monitor a range of office support services such as printing, maintenance, IT, and supply services; AND 2) Use automated systems or programs to prepare a variety of recurring internal reports and documents from information obtained from the staff, files, and other sources to support the administrative work of an organization.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
