Duties
You will serve as the government's designated representative and contracting officer representative.
You will develop strong relationships with BOS workforce, leads, and management.
You will communicate and understand issues presented by installation personnel.
You will work independently and forecast workload to develop assessment schedules.
You will provide data/reports/information prior to the expiration of established deadlines.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating the contractor's work against measurable performance standards by applying assessment methods; 2) Monitoring contractor performance work on facilities, systems and infrastructure of complex technical nature to include utilities systems (electrical, water, sewer, wastewater), industrial HVAC and controls, fire protection, etc.; 3) Monitoring operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by contractors; 4) Ensuring contractors follow the proper safety principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to the base operations support functions; 5) Planning, organizing, and facilitating the necessary performance meetings with the customer and the contractor to help maintain mutual understandings.
