This position is located at U.S. Army Garrison Miami - Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Physical Fitness Centers. Duties

Receive and resolve customer complaints. Assist patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions and demonstrating new equipment. Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related function. Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight in program operations. Provide on the job training to new employees. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• This position requires a work schedule during the hours of operation: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Work experience, which involved dealing with general public. Highly Qualified candidates will have the following: 1. Possess six (6) months of working experience being a lead or supervisor. 2. Possess six (6) months of customer service experience **Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
