About the Position: This position is with the 88th Readiness Division (RD), Transportation and Services Division, Directorate of Logistics, located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. About the Surrounding Area: Please see "Additional Information" below.

Duties

Advise internal/external customers on established objective completion in accordance with policies and regulations. Arrange for budget and payment of expenses. Provide guidance on the conduct of transportation services and programs. Collaborate with coworkers, adjacent commands, and USARC staff to accomplish transportation tasks. Manage the Non-Tactical Vehicle fleet under the oversight of U.S. Army Reserve Command in support of Army Reserve units within their geographic areas of responsibility. Interpret new policy guidance for implementation within the command and develops specialized procedures for command-unique situations. Serve as a team leader for transportation and logistics programs.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
