You will serve as a Financial Technician in the Accounting Dept, Customer Personnel Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will enter manual travel orders and vouchers into Navy ERP.
You will review travel transactions.
You will review financial transactions for errors and prepares accurate adjustment transactions in accordance with functional team and Comptroller guidelines.
You will assist on help desk.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Financial Management Level 1 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DG-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Performing data entry, utilizing Microsoft suite (specifically MS Word and Excel); 2)Assisting with the review of an organization's transactional data for errors; 3) Reviewing, understanding, and complying with established policies and regulations; 4) Customer service experience that involves following procedures to answer/respond to inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
