Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Overseeing the work of others to include assigning work, setting priorities, and reviewing, evaluating, and providing performance feedback to subordinates or other team members; Coordinating the day-to-day space and facility operations for an office in accordance with established policy; and Ensuring efficient and economical use of equipment, and resources to accomplish an organization's mission.
