Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as experience in managing staff engaged in the implementation of Clean Air Act; experience overseeing the overall planning, direction and timely execution of administrative programs and activities.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Skill in determining short- or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them.
Ability to coordinate with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals.
Ability to use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
Knowledge of the principles and methods for evaluating program performance using various measures, including identification of evaluation factors, metrics, and outcomes.
Skills in oral communication.
