You will serve as a SUPV FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST of INFOWARTRACMD SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will develop and manage small to large scale projects to support sustainment, restoration, or modernization of facilities
You will review facility contract work to identify and resolve issues associated with projects
You will evaluate possible approaches and solutions to unusual maintenance and repair problems using technical judgment, experience, and
exploration of available resources.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Managing and coordinating the full range of facility engineering activities for multiple commands and training sites. (2) Administering the command telephone systems ensuring and supporting all operational requirements are maintained, modified, and relocated, as required. (3) Represents Command in Installation Mission Integration Groups and various Training Readiness Working Groups. (4) Coordinating with other Department Heads and Safety Representatives to ensure compliance with Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, Navy Region, and naval base policies

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
