In this position, you will serve as a senior expert Logistics Management Specialist who will identify specific requirements for money, manpower, facilities and services needed to support day-to-day and disaster operations.

Qualifications

To qualify for this Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist position at the IC-14 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Performing Supervisor/Team Lead duties in assigning work to subordinates; Performing work which involves planning, execution and coordinating and evaluating logistical organizations; Conduct cost-benefit analysis to identify the best course of action for logistics activities; Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations; Performing as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for readiness contracts.
