This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Senate Office Buildings, Maintenance Branch, Air Conditioning Section. The selectee will be responsible for installing, maintaining, evaluating and adjusting, repairs and calibrates electronic control equipment and systems in support of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) operations in the Senate Office Buildings (SOB).

Duties

Tour of duty for this position is: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m.– 3:00 p.m. (rotating shift work may also be required at managements discretion).

Qualifications

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision. Experience in Installing and maintaining electronic control equipment systems in support of (HVAC) operations and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
