Duties

This position is located under the Office of Enforcement Programs and Services, National Tracing Center Division, Tracing Operations and Records Management Branch, located in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Basic Requirements Experience - Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. In addition to the basic requirements, you must meet the specialized experience. GS-14 - You qualify if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience, performing the following duties: Specialized Experience is: Designing and evaluating new software applications and technologies; AND Ensuring systems quality and functionality in delivering software services; AND Developing database scripts in both, ORACLE and SQL Server; AND Programming languages, such as Java, Visual Basic, C++, Perl, Python, Javascript, Shell scripting, and/or equivalent languages; AND Developing stored procedures, queries, and reports in support of operations.
