Duties
You will receive visitors, phone calls, maintains supervisor’s calendar, schedules appointments and meetings as directed, coordinating with the supervisor as necessary.
You will provide expert advice and guidance to the staff regarding the preparation of correspondence, reports and other documents in the final form.
You will establish and maintain office records of various files that may be needed or will assist in the efficient operation of the office. Requisitions office supplies and related materials.
You will interact efficiently with customers, communicating information along with understanding their needs.
You will actively participates as am administrative team member.
You will schedule conference facilities and provides administrative support at various functions as required.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or NK-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Receiving visitors and phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing supply support, determining stock levels, AND performing administrative duties such as typing letters, reports, and other related documentation.

Education
You may also qualify via the below:
Successful completion of (4) years above high school.
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
