Duty Location: Irwin, Idaho and Rupert, Idaho
This position is concurrently open to Merit Promotion eligibles under Announcement Number: BOR-CPN-24-12331502-MP-OPM.
Duties
The selectee for this position will provides a combination of procurement, fleet coordination/management, administrative and some clerical support to meet a wide variety of program requirements. Positions are located at the Minidoka Dam and at the Palisades Dam providing support and services to the Minidoka Facility and Powerplant or Palisades Facility and Powerplant.
Major duties include, but are not limited to:
· Processing procurement requisitions for supplies, equipment or services through financial system.
· Providing motor vehicle management.
· Processing travel authorization and voucher through travel system.
· Verifying and submitting time and attendance
· Performing general office duties.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following:(1) researching, purchasing, receiving, distributing, and maintaining inventory of parts and supplies; (2) preparing travel authorizations, reservations, itineraries, and vouchers in automated travel system; (3) verifying and/or certifying time and attendance data in the automated time and attendance system; (4) performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, mail, general filing, staff meeting minutes, and monitoring entrance gate; and (5) monitoring and documenting preventative and corrective maintenance on all vehicles.

You will not receive any credit for experience that does not indicate exact hours per week or is listed as "varies".
You must meet all Eligibility and Qualification requirements, including any selective placement factors if applicable, by 03/21/2024.
