Duties

Performs “Hands-on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties. Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House. Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities; assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events. Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter’s guest checks. Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift. Provides administrative supervision to all employees, authorize employees to clock in and out, reports to functional supervisors on employee performance.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory complete all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a medical examination.
• A food handler’s certificate is required.
• Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Successful completion of either front of the House or Back of the House Franchisor specified training.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as scheduled.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 6 months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member. 2. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
