You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Housing Program Division of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ANDERSEN GUAM.
Duties
You will assist with the operation and management of all family housing facilities/assets, reviews current expenditures for housing operations and maintenance activities.
You will review project costs, and develop recommendations for resources to accomplish housing operations.
You will participate in the review of local project management plans and make recommendations as to the overall management feasibility of locally proposed housing activities.
You will schedule and coordinate the maintenance, repair, or other work required and conduct follow-up inspections to verify work/discrepancies have been performed/corrected.
You will make studies and surveys of area regulations governing community life and recommend such new procedures that would improve housing administrative policies.
You will assist the Housing Director and Facilities Director with the execution of Housing budgets, including planning and projecting funding requirements for the Facilities Division.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in managing projects, overseeing and conducting facility inspections for safety, habitability and structural integrity; and conducting contractor performance assessments.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
