About the Position: This position is located at Fort Stewart, GA.
Duties
Assure that work assignments are carried out by other members of the group.
Serve as a working leader of 3-10 employees in accomplishing trades and labor work.
Insure that needed plans, blueprints, material, scenarios, and tools are available and that needed stock or target components is obtained from supply locations.
Perform organizational, direct, and general support maintenance on all types of electronic automated and manually operated target devices.
Advise electronics mechanics on electronic equipment assembly and disassembly.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must pass a pre-employment physical and annual physical thereafter.
- Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License.
- Must obtain and maintain an OF 346 Driver's License within six months of appointment.
- Must obtain and maintain a Forklift Operator's license within six months of appointment.
- Must work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required.
- Occassional TDY may be required.
- May be working outdoos in adverse weather conditons.
- Lifting requirement up to 50 pounds.
