You will serve as a SHEET METAL MECHANIC TRAINING LEADER in the Production Resources Department, Sheet Metal Shop 17, of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will conduct formal and organized instruction of subject matter using appropriate instruction techniques, such as; seminar format, group discussion, programmed instruction, multimedia instruction, etc. You will develop, maintain, update, revise, and execute lesson plans, training courses, instructional materials references, informal student evaluations and examinations to measure student progress, and visual aids. You will prepare the lesson plans necessary to ensure complete coverage of an assigned subject. You will prepare analyses of trade requirements through the use of audit reports, surveillances, case histories, incident reports, deficiency analyses, etc.,

• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
