Duties
You will provide technical expertise in specialized actions such as real estate procedures for inleasing and outleasing.
You will identify real estate issues involved in Navy-related projects without supervisory guidance.
You will provide real estate advice and explain Navy real estate policy and procedures to stakeholders.
You will facilitate information sharing, coordination and distribution of technical data within the Real Estate Department and other business lines.
You will manage an extensive real estate portfolio to include making periodic payments, receiving periodic payment, collecting administrative fees and maintaining a portfolio in an audit-ready manner.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- For the GS-13, you will be required to obtain a Level 2 RECO Warrant in the timeframe required in 11011.47D
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Providing technical advice on the acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate holdings;
Interpreting real estate laws, regulations and policies that pertain to the execution and delivery of asset management products and services;
Monitoring assigned real estate projects and providing briefings and/or points papers to stakeholders involved; and
Supplying technical recommendations/solutions to complex real estate problems.
FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Interpreting policy to determine the course of action for simple policy matters or real estate issues of high importance;
Assisting in the execution real estate transactions, including acquisitions, in-leases, disposals, out grants, and technical consultation and
Supplying technical recommendations/solutions to simple real estate problems.
