This position is with the Office of Environmental Health & Engineering (OEHE)/Division of Facilities Management (DFM). The position is responsible for the real property asset management and management oversight of facilities for all of the Great Plains Area. The incumbent will report to the DFM Director or designee.
Duties
Assist in developing policies, directives, and guidance for use and management of government buildings/facilities.
Review submitted 105(I) lease requests for program qualification and cost duplication.
Prepare documents for realty transactions and works with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to execute these documents.
Maintain, update, distribute, interpret, and implement the provisions of OMB Circular A-45 and DOI/Quarters Management Information System (QMIS).

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Prepare, research, execute or secure the execution of appropriate documents or instruments to complete the acquisition such as title, insurance, deeds, appraisals, environmental documents, Etc.; Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all real property, including all capital improvements made by tribal organizations; Administer a database for quarters management, occupancy/utilization functions, and rent collection activities by payroll deduction); Perform property disposal activities such as demolition of buildings, excessing buildings to the General Services Administration, and transferring buildings/lands to tribal organizations under P.L. 93-638.
