Duties
Operates one or more motor vehicles including pickup trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, carryalls, sedans, crew cab pickup trucks, jeeps, and station wagons. Vehicles are driven on the basis of either specific trip assignments or regularly established schedules and standard routes to transport personnel, supplies, materials, or equipment and tools throughout an installation or establishment under limited traffic conditions at low speeds.
Performs operator maintenance, such as checking fluid levels and air pressure in tires, and cleaning and washing the vehicles.
NOTE: Temporary positions not-to-exceed 1039 regular hours in a service year may be terminated sooner or extended depending on management needs. The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is May - November, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: May 2024
Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:

Screen-out Element: "Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision." For this position, Operates motor vehicles such as an open-air tram or multi-passenger van. Vehicles are driven inside and outside park boundaries over paths, sidewalks, and roadways sometimes within close quarters on varying grades and surface types. Work demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of this position without more than normal supervision.
