This position located in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, in the Facility Management Division. Duties

Position is primarily responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the electrical grid of 3 small communities. Below are some of the following job duties: Operate, maintain, and repair high voltage electrical distribution system including generators, lines, transformers, switch gear, fuses, breakers, and other equipment. Operate, maintain, and repair secondary electrical systems involving park building, housing, and utility systems. Operate, maintain, and repair water systems to include wells, telemetry, treatment plants, storage tanks, distribution systems, meters, valves, irrigation systems, and fire suppression systems. Operate, maintain, and repairs sewage systems to include collection systems, lift stations, flow meters, lagoons, and sewage pump trucks. Make routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and masonry repairs to buildings, houses, and other park facilities. Operates water borne vessels in performance of work duties.
