You will serve as a ELECTRONICS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR I in the FRCSE MRO PRODUCTION DEPT PROD LINES DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Duties

You will direct the installation, modification, overhaul, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics equipment. You will use electrical and electronic theory to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment. You will analyze malfunctions and weaknesses revealed by tests to make necessary repairs and other adjustments. You will recommend ways to improve the reliability of electronics components.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Resolves workflow problems and takes action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages and other causes of delay and inefficiency. Recommends appropriate changes in procedures and gives advice on the probably effects of changes proposed by others.
