The Training Coordinator coordinates technical and non-technical training programs for the Technical Operations organization. Provides support in the safe and efficient operation of the vast complex network of systems required for the world's largest air traffic control and navigation system. Incumbent reports to the Operations Support Manager at the Seattle Operations Support Staff (OSS), WWR41.
Duties
Duties at the H-Band Level: The Training Coordinator assists with managing the non-technical training program, which includes administrative, hazardous material, logistics, managerial, office automation, safety, and human relations courses. All duties of the Training Coordinator are directly related to ensuring employees within the Technical Operation organizations are trained properly, and their qualifications and certifications, where applicable, are documented correctly.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.H-Band Specialized Experience include: Experience in evaluating, tracking, and reporting data; AND preparing and reviewing reports and/or contractual documents.=================================To qualify for this position at the FV-I level, candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 level that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.I-Band Specialized Experience include: Experience leading project/programs; AND Experience developing and recommending improvements to systems and/or processes to improve operational efficiency.To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
