Serves as the point of contact for the Caregiver/Intimate Partner Violence Program. Provides direct support to the Caregiver Support Program Manager of SWS by analyzing data, identifying potential problem areas, making recommendations to correct these areas, and improving coordination between the various units and/or offices.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 03/07/2024.
Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
For a GS-7 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-6.
The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade.
Examples of appropriate SF-50s include:
Within grade increases at the highest grade held; or
Promotions with an effective date more than one year old; or
SF-50s at the highest grade held with an effective date more than one year old.
This position requires the skills of a qualified typist. In addition to meeting the experience requirements, you must be able to type at least 40 words per minute.
In addition to meeting the time-in-grade and typing requirements, applicants must possess the following specialized experience:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-6 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience is defined as: providing administrative and technical support for the management of various programs; planning and conducting program reviews and analyses, formulate study reports and recommendations regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of a service's operating and support programs, operations and activities. maintaining databases and utilizing various software programs to accomplish work such as email, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.; scheduling appointments, Collecting, compiling, and tracking data and statistical information in support of an organization's operation. and typing and reviewing correspondence, required report formats, proper grammar, spelling and punctuation, syntax, etc., in order to review documents for conformance with formats and procedural requirements, and to identify and correct grammatical errors, and to prepare all materials in final format. This experience must be detailed in your resume to receive credit.

Physical Requirements: The work is generally sedentary; however, there will be some walking, standing, bending, and carrying of light items such as papers and books. The tasks may require long periods at a desk working on a personal computer or other piece of equipment.
