About the Position: The Real Estate Division is responsible for accomplishing real estate transactions for Air Force and Army, including the Reserves and National Guard, Military Recruiting Programs, and other Defense Department needs within the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, and for Civil Projects within District boundaries in Washington, Idaho, and Montana.

Duties

You will acquire lease, fee, easement or other realty rights. Prepare out-grants by appropriate realty instrument (lease, permit, easement, etc.) Federal land in support of the multiple use doctrine while obtaining the maximum possible return. Conduct extensive utilization surveys, compliance and ERGO inspections in accordance with mandates of federal law. Negotiate and or interpret terms and conditions of out-grant to determine responsibility to resolve any related problems that may arise with out-grantees.
