Duties

Serve as an Equal Employment Specialist in the Army Test and Evaluation Command Equal Employment Opportunity office aiding the Equal Employment Manager. Carry out the Equal Employment Opportunity Program in areas such as philosophy, program concepts, and identifying resource requirements. Serve as the Complaints/Affirmative Employment Program/Compliance Program Manager for the organization. Evaluate the Command’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program. Responsible for ensuring the development of Equal Employment Opportunity training courses with Command-wide applicability.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position requires Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 20% of the time. The employee must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
