The selectee of this position serves as a Management & Program Analyst. You will be responsible for knowledge and mastery of business process improvement, leverages key business functional areas, and provides integration of strategic performance management across the division and agency to optimize performance, efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance.
Duties
As a Management & Program Analyst at the GS-0343- 14 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Oversee strategic planning processes to including the development of strategic objectives, project plans, and managing initiatives related to the GPRA. Analyze resource requests and allocations.
Optimize TOD programs and business processes, effectively implementing changes that reduce weaknesses and maximize efficient functioning. Implement and oversee complex technical solutions that require cooperation of stakeholders and higher level officials.
Provide technical leadership to division staff on issues relating to business processes. Serve as a technical authority, leader, and expert in the development and interpretation of organization guidelines.
Serve as a project officer responsible for projects involving the USMS and TOD Strategic Plans, process evaluation, and assessments that affect multiple Program Offices in TOD.

Qualifications
GS-14 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level which includes 1) Assessing an organization/program offices current processes to determine strengths and weaknesses and/or develop new processes; 2) Developing and implementing process improvement solutions (e.g., forms, data collection applications) and utilizing multiple systems to obtain and manage data for reporting; and 3) Overseeing organization/program planning processes to include the development and execution of project objectives.
